In a world where nearly any question can be answered with a simple Google search, Nick Starck finds joy in the unexpected. He seeks the unknown and leans into the challenges that accompany new experiences. This is visible in both his professional and personal life.

Nick brings large-scale technology strategy, cloud adoption, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation experience to Trility as our new Vice President of Client Success. He has successfully navigated transformation of culture and technology operations. His experience as a consultant provides insight into the opportunities and challenges of Trility’s past and future growth. He’s also been on the other side of the table as a client, so he can also relate to the opportunities, pressures, and challenges.

“Perspective is the best teacher, and Nick has a lot of it,” shares Matthew D Edwards, President & CEO. “He has worked for some of the top consulting firms in the business, some competitors in our same sphere of existence today, and aspirational models upon which we can learn, grow, and change. We look forward to the leadership, insights, and impact he will bring to Trility, our clients, and our teams.”

As for seeking out the unexpected in his personal life, 35 stamps in his passport, one to each continent, says it all. While these experiences energize Nick, his passion is people. He intentionally works to be the friend who shows up because they remember, and the servant leader who listens to his team over his ego. In his world, building relationships and creating space for new perspectives boils down to key principles that have served him well.

‘Be brave enough to risk failing at something new’ is one of my favorite tenets.
– Nick Starck, Vice President of Client Success

“‘Be brave enough to risk failing at something new’ is one of my favorite tenets. With the realization that success is a continuous endeavor, not a binary achievement, I’ve gained new skill and perspective through the years,” shared Nick. “I also strive to follow the Platinum Rule, treat others the way THEY want to be treated. The Golden Rule tells me to think about what I’d want. The Platinum Rule provides an opportunity to be curious about them, who they are, and what they need.”

These principles  align with Trility’s values and focus on meeting clients where they are at to deliver custom solutions with an outcome-based approach. As Nick leads the next evolution of our Delivery Management practice, he’ll expand Trility’s presence in the southeast and Jacksonville, Florida, where he resides with his wife and daughter. We look forward to navigating the unknown alongside him.
