Omaha-Based Team Member to Lead New Initiative

Scalable growth is one of the common desired outcomes our clients seek whether it’s the launch of a new product, engineering reusable pipelines, or building tools that reduce risk and harden security practices across an enterprise system. Having always sought growth intentionally, Trility selected Melissa Creger to lead a new strategic initiative for the company as Manager of Channel Partnerships.

“From the moment the ‘idea’ of this role was presented, I knew it was a fit for me. It requires becoming connective tissue between so many stakeholders to ensure success for all parties – clients, partners, and Trility team members from every area of business,” said Creger.

For Chief Strategy Officer Brody Deren, “Having Melissa step up to take on this strategic initiative gives us a running start in deepening our relationships with existing service and product partnerships and forming new ones that align to help us create lasting value for our clients.”

Tech-Agnostic Approach Still at Play

From Day 1, Trility teams have used a technology agnostic approach and provide options and recommendations based on client value. “This role doesn’t change that,” Creger stated. “As Trility has seen growth in specific industries and products, such as Insurance and Financial Services or building Infrastructure as Code patterns with HashiCorp’s Terraform, we see value in leveraging these relationships when it’s advantageous for clients or our team is positioned to align tools with customer specific problems.”
