As their partnership with a key channel partner grew, they needed an immediate solution for distributing gift cards to incentivize this client's customers to attend timeshare sales events. This client's sales team needed the ability to build, activate, and distribute digital gift cards on-site in real time.
Trility engaged with the client early in the prototype phase to finalize the design and lead the development of a mobile-friendly web application for card activation. Our team of software design and development professionals worked closely with the client to finalize requirements, optimize the user experience, and build the application.
The solution was developed using .NET Core and Razor pages for server-side rendering and deployed on AWS, hosted in a GitHub repository managed by Trility, with full ownership transferred to the client upon completion.
Key features included app navigation, user login, card activation workflows, error handling, success dialogs, activated card listings, and customer service information display. A one-week iteration cadence was followed, ensuring consistent backlog refinement, value demonstrations, and alignment through stakeholder feedback. The project outputs, including production-ready software, were delivered iteratively until the engagement's conclusion.
