Trility enhanced existing software to retain clients and increase market share by developing a fully-functioning demo environment to optimize sales and client training. The team also helped this client achieve control of its digital assets and accounts while completing prioritized features for the software and the business needs.

Problem Statement

The client needed to add features to its Software as a Service (SaaS) to maintain and grow its client base.

They also desired to transition from the existing consulting firm and to have ownership necessary third-party accounts and tools (cloud provider, Github, etc.) to have flexibility with future vendors.

To optimize the sales process and customer onboarding, the client also desired a separate, fully-functioning demonstration site.

Solution Approach

Trility worked with stakeholders to transition ownership and achieve control of digital assets and accounts. The client's identified team members responsible for maintaining the accounts and assets received training and documentation to ensure ongoing success.

Using its Continuous Delivery approach with the client, the Trility team prioritized the critical features for the software and the business needs identified by the company.
