Trility conducted interviews with 26 business and IT stakeholders, reviewed 85-plus documents, and participated in business application and systems demonstrations.
Using the findings and factoring potential impacts, dependencies, and constraints, the team developed and delivered detailed Observations and Recommendations that included a strategic IT plan and an Actionable Strategic Roadmap.
The roadmap supports the client's effort to make high-impact investments and changes to IT systems and infrastructure that address critical risks and build a foundation for modernization and innovation.
