Trility Consulting®, a business-driven, integrated AI solutions consulting firm, has earned Great Place To Work® Certification™ for the third year in a row. The recognition is based entirely on what current team members say about working at Trility. This year, 97% said Trility is a Great Place To Work. At a typical U.S. company, 57% say the same.

Three years of listening to our team

Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture. Its Trust Index™ survey is independent and anonymous, which is exactly why our CEO values it.

I care less about the badge than what the survey output teaches us. It's anonymous and voluntary, so the answers are honest. In my experience, this many people only take the time to give feedback if they think it's worth their time. That's the signal I look for. Three certifications doesn’t mean we've arrived. It means we have work to do. Our job is to keep building a place where people choose to stay and grow, and to earn that privilege every day, every year.
– Matthew Edwards, CEO

Certification isn't a one-time award. It lasts 12 months, so every year the entire team takes the survey again, and the results have to hold up. As Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work, puts it: "Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience." We've now cleared that bar three years in a row, each time well above the roughly seven in 10 positive responses Certification requires.

Ahead of the benchmark where it counts

We've been geographically distributed since 2017, which lets us hire great people wherever they live. It also means we can't count on hallway conversations to build trust. Our results show the distance hasn't held us back. The survey's 60 statements roll up into 23 focus areas, and our team rated Trility ahead of the Top 100 benchmark in every one. Below are the results we're most proud of.

"When your team is spread across the country, nothing about culture happens by accident," said Kori Danner, Senior Director of People Operations. "Collaboration was one of our biggest leads over the benchmark, and that comes from people choosing to show up for each other across clients, projects and time zones. My job is to make that easier, whether it's a regional get-together, a learning session or simply making sure no one has to figure things out alone."

In our team members' words

Asked what makes Trility unique, team members pointed most often to the people and the trust between them.

  • "I have never had a place that rallies across so many different projects, clients, stacks to ensure you are successful."
  • "Leadership is transparent and cares about doing the right thing for our clients and employees."
  • "When team members recommend improvements, leadership actually puts them into practice."
  • "I've never had a question that someone wasn't willing to help me answer. Very collaborative environment."
  • "At our size, anyone is able to make a meaningful impact if they are willing to invest the effort."
  • "Autonomy and trust that if hired to do a role, the work will get done."

Where our team agrees most

On 26 of the survey's 60 statements, 97% of our team responded positively. These six say the most about what it's like to work here.

Where culture meets clients

In consulting, the people are the product. The team members who took this survey are the same people helping clients make sense of their data and put AI to work. How they treat each other shows up in how they treat clients.

When a client brings us a high-consequence problem, they're betting on our people. A team that trusts each other, follows through on its commitments,  and keeps learning is the best thing we can offer them. The culture our team describes in this survey is the same one our clients experience every day.
‍– Brody Deren, Chief Strategy Officer
