Matthew D Edwards, CEO of Trility Consulting®, was awarded the prestigious Patriot Award by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a Department of Defense program. Edwards was nominated for this honor by Ashley Gregory, Lead Delivery Consultant at Trility, in recognition of his support for her service in the Air Force Reserve.
The Patriot Award underscores a supervisor’s commitment to providing crucial support such as flexible scheduling, time off for military duties, and overall understanding of the unique demands faced by citizen warriors.
